Begin by applying Flat Lashes to approximately 50% of the natural lashes, then fill in the remaining lashes with premade fans that are 2-3mm shorter. This technique creates a wispy strip-lash-like look that clients will adore. It's also ideal for clients with weak or short natural lashes who desire a fuller effect.
